- A bike that has been ridden outdoors
- Damaged packaging or removed tags
- Product past the 14 day window
- Hygiene items (helmets, gloves)

Warranty terms
Every new bike carries a 2 year manufacturer warranty on the frame and fork.
Components (drivetrain, brake system) are covered for 1 year.
Accessories and apparel carry a 6 month warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or modification.
