These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern use of the velo.ge website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. VELO.GE reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

- All prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include VAT - Prices may change without prior notice - Product photographs may differ slightly from the actual product - Stock availability is limited and subject to change - In the event of a pricing error we may cancel the order

- An order is accepted only once we have confirmed it - Payment is taken when the order is placed - We may cancel an order if the product is no longer available - Cancelled orders are refunded in full

- Bank card (Visa, MasterCard) - TBC Bank and Bank of Georgia - Instalments - TBC and BOG finance (0% up to 12 months) - Payment on delivery - Tbilisi only Payment security is provided by PCI DSS certified banking systems.

Full return and exchange terms are set out on the Returns page. Returns are possible within 14 calendar days.

- Bike frame and fork: 2 year manufacturer warranty - Components: 1 year - Accessories and apparel: 6 months - The warranty does not cover normal wear or misuse

All content on the site (text, photography, logo, design) belongs to VELO.GE or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Use of these materials without our written consent is prohibited.

VELO.GE is not liable for: - Temporary unavailability of the site - Technical faults - The actions of third parties - Force majeure events

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. In the event of a dispute the parties will seek to resolve it by negotiation. Failing that, the dispute will be heard by the courts of Georgia.
